Pascal Moutard worked as an EPO examiner from 1988 to 1993. He subsequently worked in France as an IP Attorney and EPO Attorney for a number of French and international clients. He has been a partner at Brevalex since 2003 and is currently Assistant General Manager of Brevalex and head of the Grenoble office. He is also a member of the EPI Rules of Procedure committee.
