Presentation of the Support department

The Support department is at your disposal to provide you with a very rapid response to your specific requests. It is the link between your services and the different contributors of our Firm.

It includes:

- The “customer management” department provides you with personalized portfolios as well as with any patent or mark schedule report. It works together with the different services of our Firm for the update of our databases and our client’s website access, and for any question relating to pricing, reminder, legislation and invoicing-related issues.  


- The “fees” department ensures that your patents remain valid worldwide.


- The “documentation” department sends our newsletters and provides you with specialized legislative and case law information on our website. It also manages several databases for providing our customers and also the firm’s lawyers and engineers with the following services:

  • documentary search (status, entitlement, priority documents, etc.), case law search;
  • technology watch;
  • internal and external case law watch using specialized journals and websites;
  • supply of scientific, technical and legal documents and/or translations.
