Presentation of the Litigation department

This department consists of an ad hoc team of some of the firm’s most experienced engineers and legal experts, who regularly encounter litigation cases and have a clear understanding of the technical and legal complexity involved. Some of the members of the department have specialised training on “patent litigation in Europe” and others are qualified both as engineers and lawyers.

In both prosecution and defence situations, we take care of our customers’ interests from the pre-litigation phase and, if required, defend their rights before even the highest legal authorities, in conjunction with specialised attorneys. We pay particular attention to cost control and offer you guidance in alternative dispute resolution processes where applicable, particularly in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
