Jacques Beaupin commenced his career in intellectual property in 1980 as an examiner at I.N.P.I. He subsequently joined Thomson's central industrial property department (arms, avionics) as a patent engineer and research assistant. He was been working for the mechanics department in Brevalex since 1987.
